Based on Joseph Pilates’ original work, this class builds deep core strength, flexibility, and graceful movement from the ground up.
Dynamic Mat
A slightly more upbeat flow, often incorporating props (like balls, bands, or light weights) to add challenge, energy, and variation — while maintaining perfect control.
Foundation Pilates
Discover the core principles of the practice: breath, control, centering and concentration. All while cultivating a strong mind-body connection. Perfect if you're new to Pilates, or it's been a while.

FAQs
Yes — our Foundation Mat class is designed specifically for beginners or those returning after a break. You'll be guided through the core principles at a gentle pace, with plenty of support to help you build confidence and strength.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class starts. This gives you time to settle in, find your space, and start calmly. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, unfortunately we won’t be able to admit you, as it’s disruptive to the class experience.
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely — leggings, a fitted top, and a light layer are ideal. For Reformer Pilates, grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.
Just yourself and your grip socks (for reformer). We provide free lockers, showers, towel service, and hair dryers, so you can travel light and leave feeling refreshed.
Yes — to maintain a calm and clean environment, please remove your shoes at the top of the stairwell before entering the studio or relaxation lounge.
Yes — we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your booking.
We’re based opposite John Lewis, between Esquires Coffee and the John Lewis Highcross Car Park. If you become a member, reduced rate parking is available.
