Our 1-on-1 coaching is completely personalised. Once you apply, you’ll be connected directly with Stine via WhatsApp. She’ll share more about how the UFit system works and ask a few questions to get to know your goals, struggles, and what’s been holding you back. From there, we’ll figure out whether it’s the right fit — together.

At U Fit Online, we know that real transformation takes more than a meal plan and a workout. You need structure, accountability, and the kind of support that actually fits into your real life — not someone else’s idea of perfect. That’s why you’ll work 1:1 with a coach who actually gets it.

From day one, we take time to understand what you’ve tried, what hasn’t worked, and what’s really getting in the way. Then we build a plan around you — not just your goals, but your schedule, mindset, energy, and lifestyle. 

Our coaches are experts in behaviour change, training, and nutrition — with specialist experience in helping both complete beginners and advanced clients. We support you with emotional eating, metabolic health, menopause, time and stress management, and breaking the all-or-nothing mindset.
