SCULPT

FLOW
A graceful, controlled REFORMER session rooted in classical Pilates principles. This balanced, comprehensive workout invites you to challenge yourself and progress at your own pace.
Expect precise movements, mindful transitions, and a focus on fostering a deeper mind-body connection, leaving you lengthened, aligned, and fully recharged.

Mat Pilates — Strength Beneath the Surface
Mat Pilates is where control and awareness truly begin. In small group settings, we offer two subtly different class styles to suit your energy and needs. Both often enhanced with light props for variety and challenge.
Guided by experienced teachers and staged in an elegant studio, U Fit Pilates invites you to move with clarity and intention in small classes of 10 people.
Pilates Mat
Based on Joseph Pilates’ original work, this class builds deep core strength, flexibility, and graceful movement from the ground up.
Dynamic Mat
A slightly more upbeat flow, often incorporating props (like balls, bands, or light weights) to add challenge, energy, and variation — while maintaining perfect control.
Foundation Pilates
Discover the core principles of the practice: breath, control, centering and concentration. All while cultivating a strong mind-body connection. Perfect if you're new to Pilates, or it's been a while.

Yoga for Strength & Stillness
A beautiful balance to your Pilates work — combining stretch, flow, and awareness. Expect deeper breath, greater mobility, and a renewed sense of space. We offer Restorative and Yin yoga.
Sound Baths
Led by experienced practitioners, these sessions use vibration and stillness to relax your body and calm the mind. Ideal for anyone looking to slow down, restore energy, and leave feeling centred.
