Before U Fit, I just thought I was fine. I didn’t track anything — not steps, not food. I used to think, ‘I’m active, I’m on my feet’ — but I was only doing 5,000 steps. I didn’t plan meals, didn’t understand nutrition — I just poured oil in the pan and hoped for the best. After my pregnancy, I was tired all the time, couldn’t lift, and had no energy. If I hadn’t joined when I did, I’d still be stuck in that routine — just another tired mum running around, getting through the day, never doing anything for myself.
Just after my pregnancy, because I really had a bad pregnancy, I saw my energy levels and my fitness levels - nothing! After my first kid, I stopped running, I stopped walking, I stopped everything. You just think during pregnancy, you don't need anything you just want to relax, don't do heavy weights, so that was the point when I joined U Fit.
When I first joined U Fit, I didn’t even like gyms. I was into sports, not machines. After pregnancy, my core and pelvic floor were weak, and I’d stopped running, walking, even basic lifting. I thought I was fit because I was busy, but I wasn’t — my steps were half what I imagined, and my energy was gone. But U Fit changed everything. They helped me rebuild strength from the inside out — mentally and physically. Now, I run, lift, and feel confident in myself again. I’ve been here three years, and it’s become part of who I am.
