I’ve been with U Fit for 4 years now. I can honestly say U Fit is not just a gym, but a second home. U Fit go out of their way to make you feel that you are part of their family. With the experienced coaches and uplifting atmosphere, it’s actually a gym you WANT to go to.

Throughout these last four years, I have not only lost weight which I have managed to keep off but I have also become so much more confident as an individual which I can hand on heart say U Fit are hugely responsible for.

In the last week, I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. I was in active labour for under 3 hours and was able to go home that same day. If it wasn’t for me continuing my bespoke training and receiving constant professional advice at U Fit, I doubt my entire pregnancy and labour would have gone as smoothly as it did. I am eternally grateful!

I feel amazing. U Fit has really helped me evolve as a person. I am physically and mentally stronger. Joining was one of the best decisions of my life.
