Ufit studio is a complete different experience; it’s most definitely not the usual run of mill Fitness Company. I have been a member at Ufit since 2009 and it has been a life changing experience for me to say the least.

Personal service you get from all the coaches is unbeatable, a lot of valuable time is invested in the research and attention to detail is par excellence from all the coaches. Being a vegetarian initially was a huge challenge but with the research on my nutrition and programme designing from my coach Sam Hanney I have come a long way. 

Great service, family atmosphere, Ufit is the place to be at to train and achieve your goals.

U Fit has given me a healthy balance life and has changed my mindset. The most valuable aspect of the membership is the UFit team. You guys are always there to turn to. 

During lockdown although membership fees were frozen the team  was constantly there to support and provide virtual workouts.
