Low energy?

I never saw myself as a lazy person, it was just that I had little energy. I spent most of my day sitting down, and then most of my nights sitting down too. I had no energy to do anything, and so I did nothing.

When I joined U Fit I was still in the same mindset, still spending most of my time slumped in a chair, not having any energy to move, waiting to feel some arrive.

After just a few weeks of training it was as if I lightbulb had gone off, I suddenly didn’t want to spend my time sitting around all day. I would find ways to get out with friends or family, keep myself busy to fill my day. I suddenly had more energy than I knew what to do with, I just knew that I didn’t want to do nothing.

I thought that perhaps, over time, my energy would start to vanish again, that I would end up back on my sofa. As I trained more, my energy levels only grew and grew.

Now, I’m all about being on my feet all day, creating energy by using energy, rather than waiting for it to appear.
