We believe we offer the most comprehensive health and fitness programme available for the over 50's. Our participants results and feedback speak for themselves.

Strength
As our bodies age, strength becomes more, not less, important to protect bones and retain mobility. Our friendly and highly skilled coaches make strength training easy for you. With two bespoke sessions a week you will quickly develop a foundational strength which will help you not only to lose body fat but improve your flexibility and stamina.
Nutrition
Food plays a key role in this six-week programme, so we equip you with all the knowledge and advice you need. We give you effective advice on how to manage your meals and nutrition. Plus, we give you a wealth of delicious, nutritious recipes - easy to source, easy to prepare - that we know you're going to love.
Move
We give you move goals each day and show you how to meet them. Across the week this will take the form of a combination of steps and up to two of our Fusion cardio fitness classes. That way each step you take brings you closer to your goal. And by moving more, more regularly, you start to develop habits you can keep beyond the programme.
Accountability

The difference that makes a difference is always: accountability. We give you more support, motivation and education than you've experienced before to enable you to get the maximum results. With daily check ins and goals, and mini challenges to keep things fresh, your coaches will keep you on track and make your journey personalised to you.

Whats the cost?

The total investment into the Age Strong programme is £397.

Is there parking?

City centre parking for just £40 for the entire programme.

Do I have to be fit?

No. Age Strong programme members vary in age and fitness level.

I'm a Vegetarian /Vegan, can I still join?

Absolutely - there are plenty of options for everyone!

Who is this for?

You’ve been at, or close to, your ideal weight, but life has got in the way: family, kids, work, lifestyle, injury, stress. You look at yourself in the mirror and don’t like what you see. Those jeans just don’t fit like they used to. You want to live the next phase of your life stronger, healthier and happier. You have a holiday, wedding, or event where you want to look your very best. In lockdown you put on weigh and can’t shift it now. Your weight’s yo-yo’d and you’re looking for something to make a real difference

What are the ongoing membership costs?

Our membership prices start at £267 for personal training packages (including classes) and £167 for classes only (U Fit Fusion). Semi-private training memberships include personal training, unlimited classes, dedicated coaching, nutrition advice, and an evolving individualised training programme amongst many other benefits plus the personal support you need to help you stay on track and reach you fitness goals. At U Fit everyone is an individual part of the family.

What if I have aches, pains or injuries?

Many of our new members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but we do work alongside them regularly. The U Fit team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.
