Prawns and bacon

What a winning taste combination!!!!!!

Ingredients

80g raw king prawns – peeled
1 rasher smoked streaky bacon, chopped into little bits
1g olive oil (!)
Broccoli – steamed
Tamari
Black pepper

Method

Put the olive oil (you can use more than this obviously but the bacon is pretty fatty so a tiny amount to stop it sticking to the bottom of the pan is all that is required) in a pan, add the bacon and cook.  Add the prawns, tamari, black pepper and then finally the already steamed broccoli.  That is it!  If you want to add a carb source you can always add some basmati rice or sweet potato 😋
