Week 4 Habits
By week 4 of the skinny jeans challenge I really felt that everything I had started to implement was becoming a habit. It wasn’t easy and sometimes I did feel like staying home and watching TV rather than going to the gym to train. I remember one day where I had spent pretty much 6 hours in the car driving, my coach knew this as I had talked about it in my morning video… So when I arrived at the studio that evening to train even he looked surprised, he said he didn’t expect to see me there after the day I’d had. I explained that actually I really didn’t want to be there but I had dragged myself in because I knew I wanted to achieve a certain number of workouts that week and he said ‘well done, these are the workouts that really count and that will make a difference and get you the results you desire’ and looking back he was right, if I gave in to all of the times I didn’t feel like training there is no way I would have achieved the results I wanted.
